Make that Spirit of the Law, part 1
It has been more than a week since I last wrote. I’ve been urging myself to get back to it for days now. Today the inward conversation has been,
“Do I write about not writing or do I just jump back in?”
My computer sat unused and my eyelids are growing heavy. I began to think about tomorrow.
“Well, I guess I’ll jump back in tomorrow.”
Over a week of not writing on my blog that is supposed to be daily. Ugh! That’s it. That’s all I have to say.
Ugh!
Not true. I have lots more to say, but it is just the same thing that I continue to say over and over and over again — so many times that it becomes like a Christian praise song simply repeating the same phrase with more emotion behind it. Eventually we tune that out and, if we are lucky, we begin to tune in to something deeper.
Perhaps tomorrow will lead to something deeper.
